I just had my last exam. Whoop-de-doo.

Don't get me wrong, I'm glad they're over, but to be honest, I didn't think they were that big a deal in the first place. I've probably failed a lot of 'em, but oh well, I'm not doing half the subjects next year.

It's really kind of annoying. I seem to have no drive to succeed- I just want to beat the smart kids in my class. (Of which I am apparently one, but I've seen no evidence of that yet.) But that's not going to happen unless I buckle down and study a lot- which is too much bother for a lazy bum like me. Maybe I'll get hit by lightning this summer and be really motivated next year, but I doubt it.

In other news, there seems to be yet another sub-persona living inside my head. I've already got my Muse, my inner child, neither of which seem to have sexes, my inner artist, who is also rather gender-confused- and now, I seem to have an inner fashionista. She, unfortunately, is entirely female. Bitchy, gossipy, criticising, self-important, and ultimately, really funny to listen to.

An example of our mental conversations goes like this:

Kate: *is walking quietly through the mall, taking no notice of anyone whatsoever*
Fashionista (Let's call her Jessica for now): Urgh, did you see that girl's skirt? Magenta and pink do not go together.
Kate: Not particularly.
Jessica: You're useless. It made her legs look majorly sunburnt. And oh god, don't look now, but fat girls should not wear tight jeans. Can anyone say, MUFFIN-TOP?
Kate: ...
Jessica: Oh look, a Paris Hilton trainee! She's got the dog and everything!
Kate: Really?
Jessica: Pity that dress is so hideous. Evan Paris has better taste in colour.

If I was a Vizard, Jessica would be my inner Hollow. She's kind of scary sometimes. I bet she picked up her fashion knowledge from watching America's Next Top Model- and probably the bitchiness, too.

I can do sketches, traditional colour and computer colour, ink drawings, paintings etc. As far as subject matter goes, anything is fair game, as I just need the practice. I do like drawing Bleach OCs, but they're just a mild preference.

And just a little short thing Bleach-related- Does anyone else think that Yachiru's a lot younger than she should be? She's been going around with Zaraki for ages- evidence points to probably over a hundred years.

Now, in 110 years, Byakuya grew up. Yachiru has not. If we take the argument that reiatsu slows down the rate of ageing in Soul Society, this points towards Yachiru having more reiatsu than Byakuya.

Scary, huh?

Either that, or she's not really a little kid at all, just playing at being one. If Yoruichi can turn into a cat, why not Yachiru? (Turn into a kid, rather.) Perhaps she's a young woman in reality, either intentionally pulling the wool over everyone's eyes, or maybe she's unconsciously keeping herself at the age she knows best.
